Quality controls and follow-up are critical to ensuring that you receive consistently superior service. On every visit, we:

  • Assign the same maid service team to provide consistency and build familiarity with your home cleaning requirements
  • Follow a consistent system of cleaning that minimizes the potential for oversight
  • Conduct a thorough Supervisor inspection of your home cleaning to ensure that work is performed to your specifications
  • Provide a completed checklist of all work performed
  • Leave behind our Quality Feedback Card asking for your input on how we are doing

As well, our Quality Assurance Manager will contact you periodically to inquire about your service experience. Your feedback is shared with your maid service team (unless you ask us not to) and is an integral part of their training and development, and our bonus compensation and reward programs.
